[4179] Application Migration Coordinator

The consultancy support for this work requires a business analyst with the following qualifications:

• The candidate has relevant experience in application management in large organizations
• The candidate has experience across most of the entire lifecycle of applications, including requirements management, deployment, migration, testing and quality control, operation and maintenance and user training.
• The candidate has extensive experience with designing and maintaining Sharepoint, Active Directory and Exchange solutions
• The candidate has experience in modelling service architecture and business processes using Archi/ArchiMate
• The candidate has extensive experience with SQL and data queries, Business Intelligence and reporting tools such as PowerBI and Grafana
• The candidate has relevant experience in using development coordination tools (e.g. Jira, GitLab, Azure Devops) and the Scrum methodology
• The candidate is familiar at a conceptual level with SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, IaC, Kubernetes, Ansible and Terraform.
• The candidate has strong customer relationship skills, including negotiating complex and sensitive situations under pressure.
• The candidate is able to speak and write fluent English since the work is conducted in English.
• The candidate must have the nationality of one of the NATO nations.

Under the direction / guidance of the NCIA Point of Contact or delegated staff, the Migration Coordinator will support the planning, execution and early life support of the ITM Application Migration. This includes the following activities:

• Contribute to the planning of Application Migration across all planned sites
• Maintain Business Intelligence tools and a dashboard with the status of the migration planning and execution
• Whenever required, act as Scrum Master of the Application Migration Team
• Coordinate, follow and report on the execution of Application Migration across team members and external stakeholders through the NATO Command Structure, NCI Agency, various implementation sites and the ITM team
• Deputize for Application Migration Work Package Lead in reporting activities
• Contribute to the development of business processes
• Contribute to the development of test requirements and plans
• Contribute to the development of user training requirements and plans
• Contribute to on-site migration, coordinating the effort and serving as on-site liaison
• Contribute to testing and validation activities prior and post migration
• Contribute to light user training on new ways of working introduced by the project
• Contribute to project documentation
